We're looking to hire an individual to serve as a Lawn Care Technician. We are looking for a candidate with willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. No prior experience is required, we are willing to train on the job. Candidates must be able to work independently and adhere to a changing daily schedule. Responsibilities:
Work as a team to provide quality customer care for all customers
Use a variety of power tools to care for lawns -- Riding Lawn Mowers, Trimmers & Edgers, Leaf Blowers, Etc.
Maintain customer relations with constant communication
Prepare customers' property as requested
Be able to follow the daily schedule on app
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Proven time management
Valid driver’s license
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, 8-10 hours per day
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
No experience necessary
